The Student & Researcher

I'm a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder studying Information Science with a minor in Business Analytics, maintaining a 3.89 GPA while competing as a D1 athlete. My academic journey has been driven by a fascination with how people interact with data and technology. Whether I'm designing surveys to understand user privacy concerns, analyzing wildfire patterns in Colorado, or mapping information flows in organizational systems, I'm constantly asking: how can we make complex information more accessible and actionable?

My coursework spans data visualization, organizational behavior, statistics, and film studies, giving me a unique lens to approach problems. I love finding the human story in the numbers and making sure the insights I uncover actually matter to real people.

The Professional

​

As a Property & Casualty Insurance State Filing Specialist at USLI, I manage regulatory compliance data across multiple states, ensuring accuracy in filings and maintaining critical datasets. This role has sharpened my attention to detail and taught me how to navigate complex systems where precision matters. It's given me real-world experience in how data governance works in a regulated industry.

Before this, I spent three years as a Lead Lifeguard at Merion Cricket Club, where I learned leadership, crisis management, and how to stay calm under pressure. These skills translate surprisingly well into data analysis and research.

The Athlete

Running track at the Division I level has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of showing up consistently. Balancing early morning practices, travel for meets, and a full course load means I've become incredibly efficient with my time. Being part of a team has also reinforced how collaboration and supporting each other leads to everyone's success.

What I'm Looking For

​

I'm seeking summer 2026 internships in UX research or data analytics roles where I can combine my technical skills with my interest in understanding people. I want to work on projects that have real impact, whether that's improving how users experience a product or uncovering insights that drive smarter decisions.​

 

I'm drawn to companies that value curiosity, care about ethical data practices, and create space for diverse perspectives. I'm especially interested in roles where I can learn from experienced mentors while contributing fresh ideas.
